Get to Know Autumn

Autumn is a Customer Service Representative who has had a passion for animals for as long as she can remember. Growing up surrounded by horses, cows, dogs, and even a donkey, she developed a deep appreciation for animal care at an early age. She also participated in the La Crosse Fair, where she enjoyed showing animals and strengthening her connection to the veterinary field.

As a Fear Free Certified professional, Autumn is committed to helping create a calm, positive experience for pets and their families during every visit. She enjoys building relationships with clients while ensuring their pets feel as comfortable and cared for as possible.

At home, Autumn shares her life with Monty, her energetic two-year-old Border Collie mix. Whether she’s welcoming clients at the front desk or helping pets have a stress-free visit, Autumn is dedicated to making every experience at the practice a positive one.
